so um I got a new journal. I'm going to be leyheyhey
I thought I'd get back into LJ again, but I couldn't remember my username so I created a new one, and then I remembered this one.

and really I like the new one better, so I'm going with that one. (I posted some art already)

And I've been getting up to things while I forgot about LJ, too!
I'm at university now, studying art history (which is really interesting and I ♥ it)
I'm not a teenager any more! this is kind of weird.
and uh
yeah.
hi!

Step 1: open your MP3 player.
Step 2: put all of your music on random.
Step 3: write down the first twenty songs it plays, no matter how embarrassing.

Masato Honda - Mermaid Kiss
The Animals - We've gotta get out of this place
Aqua - Lollipop (Candyman)
Jack Johnson - The News (I didn't even know I HAD this song. ...and I like it!)
Me First and the Gimme Gimmes - Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow
The Beach Boys - Help Me Rhonda
Loreena McKennit - The King
Phono-Comb - I Dreamed I Went To Heaven in my Cross-Your-Heart Bra (Quite possibly the longest song title on my entire playlist.)
Tom Lehrer - Lobachevsky
The Playmates - Beep Beep (The Little Nash Rambler)
Frankie Stevens and the Department of Internal Affairs choir - God Defend New Zealand (I swear I am not making this up.)
Te Vaka - Tautai e
VAST - We Will Meet Again
stellar* - part of me
Radiohead - Pyramid Song (?!)
Rammstein - Du Hast
The Beach Boys - Little Deuce Coupe
M?ire N? Chathasaigh - Carolan's Farewell to Music
DiGi Charat - Ondo (!?!?! This song SCARES ME.)
Richard Thompson - 1952 Vincent Black Lightning (live)

In other news, I have an idea.
Film at eleven.

Since today is Anzac Day, here's the recipe I use for Anzac biscuits.

Half a cup flour
Three quarters cup sugar
One cup each coconut and rolled oats
One tablespoon golden syrup
Fifty grams butter
Half teaspoon bicarb soda
Around two teaspoons boiling water

Mix up all the dry ingredients, then put in the wet ingredients. Mix up thoroughly, put in little balls on a tray and bake at 180?C for about quarter of an hour or until they're all golden brown and you can smell a wonderful biscuity smell.
